Memento Mori illustration

So, I found an interesting Memento Mori illustration by Alexander Mair and would love to get a translation. Interestingly, some of words showed up in no Latin to English dictionaries that I could find, leading me to think that some of the words aren't latin at all! Any help would be appreciated.

It looks to say "death through sin" at the top and "death has passed through into all men" on the bottom. I can't clearly make out the "R" part.

Rom 5 Refers to Romans 5, specifically to Romans 5:12
Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, so death spread to everyone, because all have sinned

Per Peccatum Mors, is death through sin
In Omnes Homines Mors Pertransiit is "death spread amongst all men"
