I know it is probably a stupid question :hiding: but I am wondering why sentiat is in the subjunctive. Can anyone enlighten me :)

It kind of has the nuance of a purpose clause. A bit like "the mind is the part to feel the dire blows". I don't mean you must translate it that way ("it's the mind that feels the dire blows" sounds just fine) but that's the way I found to try and illustrate the nuance, which would get lost in the other translation.
