Just a silly question.. E.g:. I like apple much more than grapes..

Here the idea of "more" is included in the verb malo (to prefer, like more). But "much more" on its own would me multo magis or multo plus.

If you want a literal combination of "much" and "more", that would be multō magis/plūs/amplius. The first one has been telescoped into mālle < magis velle.
