Latin Mention Need help with words in a document

Can anyone help me with the Words in this piece of a document?

as far i can can see:

Do not need English translation, just need the correct words. Thanks for any help

Brilliant thank you. Just could not get my head around those two words, and also the Justiciarii, i was not too sure was right when i put Justico. These indentures full of legal nonsense as usual, and not understanding Latin, makes translating hard work.
