BTW if i tatto "vmqvam" instead of "umquam" will do so i have to explain how it pronounce when people sees it, which is kinda unnecessary.

If you use lower case, you should write umquam. If you use upper case you can use Vs if you want, but Us are perfectly correct.

i've had an other translation "Noli umquam cedere, pugna usque ad finem." what can you say about that one?

Usque ad means "up to". It's fine, but not measurably better or worse than the other translation.
