It means something like "The whole substructure of you." Whether that was really the intended meaning is impossible to tell without context.

LOL, that's ungrammatical, but it looks very much like the equally ungrammatical "All your base are belong to us". I'm pretty sure that's it.

This is hilarious because I happened to read about this English (if you call that English) phrase for the first time a few days ago, and was discussing it with some other forum members.

Hemo Rusticus, Dantius, Hawkwood... and who else was there? Ser, I think — come and see this. :D

Apparently he just said that he translates to: All your base are belong to us

BWAHAHAHA I just about died laughing...the NRO is trolling conspiracy theorists.
