When -que is added at the end of any word, does it change the pronunciation because of the change of the penultimate vowel? Such as "universaeque": is it univer'saeque, or does it maintain itself as uni'versaeque?

You can also note that it is typically pronounced as "ke", but the K sound is soft, like how you would pronounce the bolded C in bicyCle.
