Not at all. Qui estis means "who you are" and is in plural, i.e. it refers to more than one person.

You would want something like Esto ea quae es (literally "be she who you are") or something like that. Someone else may have a better idea, so wait for other opinions or a confirmation for my suggestion.

What Araneus has given is perfect if the phrase is addressing a female. If you're addressing a male or just anyone in general, you'll use the masculine version esto is qui es.
