Can anybody please help tell me what this phrase means?

I might follow Chameleo's suggestion to make this a bit more obvious. The phrase translates as:

Why don't you have conjugal relations with your disgusting wife.

You know, it might have been better to put that in quotation marks. For a moment there I thought you were just dissing him, rather than translating for him.
