Remember that the cat will die

"Remember that the cat will die."

Hello!

I'm looking for a translation of the above phrase, like a memento mori, but referring to a character's singular cat specifically. This is for a work of fiction that I'm writing for fun, not profit. The cat is female, not actually dying, and the cat owner (male) is stating the phrase in a sarcastic tone to someone else (also male). It's silly, but I believe it suits both the character and the situation.

Thank you for your time.

Hello,

Memento felem esse morituram.

If you want to have the ring of memento mori in there, you can also go with memento felem mori, but it literally means "remember that the cat dies (or is dying)". Pacifica gave you the grammatically most accurate version.

That is still most helpful, thank you!
