If you like latin language, summer schools and have time at first days of August for journey to Poznan in Poland - every summer at my university you can participate in schola aestiva posnaniensis. this is a small latin-course with tutor from Germany (very nice and good teacher - doctrix C. Koch).
This year course is lasting just now: 07-18.08. But it's possible to participate next year as well.
