Secundo Flumine

Secunda Flumine

If you take just a moment to look at my username, you'll notice that the words don't agree.

Flumen is neuter but seconda is the nominative feminine singular or ablative singular of secunda.

My correction: secundo flumine. This is a neat military phrase meaning 'downstream'. Up stream is adverso flumine, literally 'with an unfavourable river'

Yes, that's right. Is there a question you want addressed?

ETA: Actually, adversus literally means "turned towards/against", which is the primary meaning in flumine adverso. The secondary meanings of secundus and adversus as "favorable" and "unfavorable" (respectively) are sailing metaphors regarding the wind.
