It says Iacobi above there, it should be something like the year of James's reign being the second in England and the thirty seventh in Scotland.It could be "and of/to/for Scotland", but it depends on the age of the document. Scotia was also used to refer to Ireland or the north east portion of it in the early mediaeval period.
James VI. His second year of being the king of England was his thirty seventh year as the king of Scotland.James VII of Scotland was James II of England. Don't know what the thirty is about.
