Seize the day or die regretting the time you lost

I'm thinking of having this tattooed on my chest but would like to see if the latin translation would be better suited. It has a deep meaning to me after losing a friend quite recently in a car accident and I found out whilst listening to "seize the day" by avenged sevenfold. Could you help me??

why not use the famous Horatian quote
carpe diem quam minime credula postero

If you value your particular variation of it, OP, that would be ni diem carpseris paenitebit te morientem temporis perditi (adapted from a similar request made a while ago). Otherwise, go with the universal phrase above, using credulus for credula if you're male.
