Sending PMs?

I did not know where to post this but I am going nuts! I am not technologically impaired but I cannot find a way to send a PM to other members? How does one do it?

I think private messaging is disabled until you have 25 or so posts.

Private messaging is disabled until one makes 25 posts. This is done to prevent fresh users from bypassing the forums to request translations to specific users using PM.
