OK, here are my thoughts on the subject. "Sordes cursuales" is a great expression. It has definitely been accepted by the majority. Thank you, Tacitus

However, let us flex our brains to come up with an expression of our own. Shall we?

According to the Latin Wikipedia, the word for spam is saginatio.

Traupman also uses that.

A compound of cursus sordidus is sordidicursus.

Sordes cursuales can be compounded as cursisordes (really from sordes and cursus, since the -alis is not necessary).

In compounds of that type, the fundamental or main word element is usually the second, which is qualified by the first one.
