From time to time I've had occasion to read Latin transcribed by people who did not have their spellchecker turned off. Some of these things "fix" text automatically, and can turn a perfectly good Latin word into a perfectly good (but very silly) English word when you're not looking. My recent favorite:

Suscipiat Dominus sacrificium de minibus tuis, ad laudem et gloriam nominis Sui...

"May the Lord accept this sacrifice of your minibus, to the praise and glory of His name..."

(Should have been manibus, of course, "from your hands".)

Another good one involved the persistent replacement of magno with "mango".
