One form of translating it could be tenax sis et pugnare pergas - Be tough and keep on figting

in aspect of motivation and keeping pushing forward you could also consider genuine quotes of latin poets Ovid and Horace:
Ovid: Perfer et obdura - bear it (= tolerate the incoveniences) and endure
Horace: Persta atque obdura - [Persist/ remain steadfast] and endure
