Those from the caves

Morning! I’m working on a creative writing project and am hoping to translate into Latin:

“those from the caves”

This is as in - those people from the caves - and could be a response to the question who. I’m not really looking for “people from the caves” though. Also I’m wondering what the difference between “caverna” and “antra” might be. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Antrum is Greek and sounds more poetic. I guess that would be the main difference.

As for the translation: illī quī in cavernīs habitant or illī cavernārum incolae, perhaps? Or make up a word, for example, illī cavernicolae.
