Perhaps this will do:
juramentum de secreto servando.
Cicero might not have used it, but he would likely have understood it.

The Catholic Church uses "sigillum sacramentale" = "sacramental seal."
That's not exactly the vow, but the figurative seal around the confession.

Well if there can be a juramentum fidelitatis (oath of fealty), why not an oath of secrecy / silence / concealment (occultationis)?
Smith & Hall has the example of: quum omnes se jurejurando obstrinxissent ne rem vulgarent
