I am not sure if literal rendering would make any sensible translation

Magna potestas magna praestatione opprimitur - great power is burdened with great responsibility.

Perhaps also something like magnae potestati magna bene faciendi obligatio iniungitur though I'm not really sure of the best way to say "responsibility"
