I'm in need of help in translating the above brief phrases for my novel. For further clarity, if this will at all help,

1. 'Evil' in Ultimate Evil refers to a woman.
2. As always, in connection with prattle, a la "He woke up to prattle, as always."
3. World Peace . . . as it is: universal peace.
