Hello all.

I know what this is supposed to say but want to know if it is correct in terms of spelling and grammar:

Vos operor non postulo ut exsisto dementis laboro hic tamen is succurro

Also can an exclamation mark can be used in Latin?

I forgot to add it should say "You don't have to be mad to work here but it helps" in case it's so bad the message is lost.

'non postulo' says 'I do not require'. I think it should be 'non postulat' - it is not required.

I would use insania instead of dementia to mean insanity in this case.

Also I would use a passive form of postulat instead of the impersonal one that Tacitus mentioned:
insania ut hic operemini non postulatur succurrat tamen.

Let me know what you think of this.
