Believe it or not, this is one word in Latin. There are several verbs you can choose, but I think the best one is:
desideraberis

Wait for other suggestions as always.

Also, thank you for clarifying the purpose of this; had you not, I would have had to have asked if "you" was singular or plural, since in Latin these are not identical while they are in English.

desiderio tui angor

I am in pain because of the loss of you/longing for you.

It seems likely that that phrase, cepasaccus, should be plural here (being a sentiment from the entire family) and hence angor should be angimur (making it "we" instead of "I"). A good suggestion nonetheless.
