I told a friend I would help him to figure out the meaning his family moto.
Ireland landed gentry.
Moto adopted circa 1640.

I cant for the life of me figure out what the intent of that moto was.
Cum Plena Magis. With completely more?

Any help appreciated very much.

Could it be "when full you want more"? I am not sure it makes sense here.

My best guess is that it's a heraldic pun, "when more full."
http://books.google.com/books?id=yQ8XAAAAYAAJ shows a Moore in the Smith family lineage.

If that is the case, the humor was lost on subsequent generations; http://www.araltas.com/services/motto.html
shows the translation to be "rather when she is full."
