Patres for Padres.
Linnaeus called the blue jay Cyanocitta cristata. Cyanocittae for Blue Jays, then?

Not sure about Expos - Expositiones?
Bruni for Browns - (Orioles' name in St. Louis)
I suppose Nautae could work for the old Brewers (Seattle Pilots).

Patres work for the Padres, Cyanocittae might work for the Jays, Expositiones work for the Expos, and Bruni works for the Browns. Nautae however mainly refers to as "sailors" or an already existing team in that city. How about this neo-Latin coinage: Aeronautae for Pilots?
I am also known as Iohannes Aureus (John the Golden), though Aurum is used as my surname as Gold.

Proper context and perfect grammar are necessary for me to translate correctly, and I reserve the right to ask for additional context and/or revision!
