Ok decided after much deliberation to go with

Carpe Vinum - Seize the Wine

Hopefully the grammar etc is all ok as I have submitted it to the CRT for approval.
Likee the simplicity and could have some fun when people ask what is means.

Hello mate. I used to own a kayak that I took on the canals around Brum. We used to start from Perry Barr and kayak up to Hopwas have a few pints and kayak back 'half-cut', good laugh as well.
