Basically, the quote advises that if you find one error, many errors are sure to follow. I don't know the exact quote, but that is the gist of it. I remember seeing it in one of my textbooks. I tried in vain to find it.

I would like the quote and it's roman author if possible. And just to be clear, the quote I am thinking about is not Seneca's errare humanum est...

It reminds me just a bit of James 2:10: Quicumque autem totam legem servaverit, offendat autem in uno, factus est omnium reus. But it probably isn't what you're after.

This quote definately has the same idea, but it is not the quote I'm thinking of.


Here is the translation for anyone interested:

For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he has become guilty of all.
