If you should all be persuaded by the words of the first messenger, the bad one, to end the peace and to do evil to the foreigners, they would not stop the war before the victory in battle.

I have chosen to write 'end (the peace)' instead of 'destroy', and '(to do) evil' instead of 'bad'. Thanks in advance.
