Elémire Zolla gave a precise explanation of all the inscriptions in "The Western Mystics" (1963) -the pictures are of the lowest quality though-

Interesting play on words there. Canon Law has 'Suprema lex salus animarum'.

I was passing by Church in Lwówek Wlkp and noticed the inscription. When I pass by again, I'll try to make a good quality photo.
@edit: corrected (as noticed and noted by @Agrippa ):hat:

Cf. Psalm. 96 (95) 8sq. (Nova Vulgata):

Tollite hostias et introite in atria eius,
adorate Dominum in splendore sancto.

Obiter:
TOL[L]ITE: Nonne vestigium alterius L litterae in imagine photographica facile cognosci potest?

I happened to pass near the court of justice of Milan (no problems with justice, just paying a visit to a place nearby :D), which is currently undergoing some works of restoration:

FIAT IVSTITIA NE PEREAT MUNDUS
Also known without NE:
FIAT IVSTITIA ET PEREAT MVNDVS (i. e. Let justice be done, though the world perish.)

Cf. https://latin.stackexchange.com/questions/15247/what-does-f%C3%ADat-i%C3%BAstitia-et-pereat-mundus-mean

Immanuel Kant explains the meaning of the sentence in Project for a Perpetual Peace ([„Zum ewigen Frieden"], 1795). It's a legal maxim meaning that cases should be judged according to the law without regard for political consequences.
