Hi! I've noticed that many compound adjectives (e.g. ἄτιμος, πολύχρυσος) tend to take two endings (ος , ον). I'm wondering whether this is a general rule: do all (or essentially all) compound adjectives do this (I mean of the ones that follow the 1/2 decl. pattern at all -- I know there are 3rd dcl. compounds as well.) Or, put another way: do any Greek compound adjectives take ος, α, ον endings?
