Don't forget/Do not forget

So the phrase is "Don't forget/Do not forget". I don't really know if they both would sound the same so please give me both versions if possible. I want to have a tattoo with that phrase in latin. It would have a meaning in making decisions in my life. I know the phrase "Memento mori" but i think "memento" would just be "remember". Thanks for your answers

You add the -te if you're telling this to multiple people.

Also... you know that don't and do not are the same thing, right?

Why don't you just build on your previous suggestion and give "noli umquam obliuisci"?
With the option you've chosen (optative? or the rare 2nd person jussive?) it would be obliuiscaris in the singular and obliuiscamini in the plural ... or "oblitus sis" / "obliti sitis" for the regular prohibitive.
