Ex his rursus colligi posset quod miracula vel revelationes valere possunt aut non

valere ad declarandum aliquem in papatu jus habere.

My idea was that in papatu jus habere might mean something like being a legitimate pope but it was hard to tell without any context. I googled to find more of the text and stumbled on this where it's translated as "to have a right to the papacy". It seems correct.
