Grant me the power of perceiving anyone who enters or leaves my area.
Da mihi potestatem sentiendi

With the notes on "potestatem" from the other thread, I would suggest:
Da mihi vim sentiendi/percipiendi/videndi quicumque territorium meum intrat vel ex eo exit

sentiendi = perceive with your senses
videndi = perceive with your eyes
percipiendi = probably the most general one
