In the same fashion as "Hedone" runs in Greek for pleasure, how would you most accurately say it in Latin, implying sensuality, worldly pleasure? Is Voluptas really the closest translation?

I believe voluptas is the word used by Roman philosophers where Greek ones would have used hedone. It's the Latin word for the "highest good" of Epicurians. No need for anything more complicated.
