It could be "and of/to/for Scotland", but it depends on the age of the document. Scotia was also used to refer to Ireland or the north east portion of it in the early mediaeval period.

It says Iacobi above there, it should be something like the year of James's reign being the second in England and the thirty seventh in Scotland.
