Hi guys,

another quote I would love to see translated into Latin is one by Vincent Van Gogh - “what is done in love is done well”

Thank you so much!

I was thinking of:
Bene factum quod [in amore/ amoris motu] factum sit.

An alternative.
Quicquid in amore factum, bene factum.

For more compression, and if you like the proverbial sound:

amanter factum, bene factum.

If 'in love' signifies manner, which I imagine it does being adverbial and mirroring 'well' then wouldn't the bare ablative be more classically correct? Not that it necessarily needs to be classical, mind.
