I just need a confirmations really :)

Does it say something like "your fortune and life you praise but you often reject the fatherland"?

fortunam & vitam are in accusative. antiquae patriae is in genitive or dative.

I'd say: You often praise the fortune and life (way of life) of ancient fatherland but you reject [them].
