Hey everyone, I've translated a homework sentence but the participle agreement is bothering me. The passage is : In Graecia patres matresque dona pro filius receptis ferunt. My translation reads: In Greece, the fathers and mothers bore gifts having been taken back through a son. Given the context, this seems like the right translation, but receptis doesn't agree with dona. I know there's probably something really obvious I'm not seeing.
