seh-NAH-tus PO-puh-lus-kweh Ro-MAH-nus

Pax Ro-MAH-na

seh-NAH-tus Ro-MAH-nus

Oddly enough these pretty much sound like they look, assuming you know that inscribed Latin used V's for U's.

eem-pear(as in bear)-ee-oom row-mah-noom

wenee weedee weekee

le(as in french le)-gee(hard g, gum)-o(as in run) row-mah-nah

too, et (never like eat), est(never like east)

I don't know if these are correct ways of expressing what I'm trying to convey. A Spanish reader would need no help, LEGIO ROMANA would be pronounded just like it seems: LE-GI-O RO-MA-NA.

Hope this helps.

Yes it's like the English. Latin has no silent letters, actually.
